In February of 2010, Sara opened her first salon in the Peninsula Center Mall. She stayed there for 5 years and then decided she wanted a smaller space and moved the salon to the Copper Center on KBeach. This location served her well for another 5 years until she had the opportunity to build a salon on her property. She opened her 3rd and FINAL salon in January of 2020. When the COVID-19 outbreak happened, her daughters plans of going to beauty school in Washington were put on hold and things changed for everyone. Sara got her Instructors License and all her kids moved home. Sara's husband expanded the "FINAL" salon, needless to say, he wasn't super happy about it since he thought he was done building her salons. HAHA. Now the salon is doubled in size and she works with her daughter everyday. Something great came out of the whole COVID-19 outbreak after all. And who knows what the future holds, maybe she will tske on a few more apprentices!
